How Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Can Eliminate Your Debt
Chapter 13 involves the creation of a debt repayment plan. Our team will review your debts against your income in order to create a plan with payments that you can realistically make on a monthly basis, while having the money left over to cover the costs of living. Everything you owe can be included in these payments, from credit card debts to even past-due home payments. You will have to keep current with your regular home payments though.
Chapter 13 debt repayment plans typically last between three and five years.
